1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Reel Group website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
The Reel Group provides AI-generated cartoon portraits based on photos you upload. Each portrait includes a personalized handwritten-style message of your choice. We deliver completed portraits via email within 48 hours of receiving your photo and payment.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before production begins. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice; however, once your order is placed, the price is locked.
4. Photo Uploads
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and share any photo you upload. Photos must clearly show the subject's face and be of sufficient quality for our AI to generate a portrait. We accept JPG, PNG, and WEBP files up to 12 MB.
5. Delivery & Revisions
We aim to deliver every portrait within 48 hours. Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods. Each order includes one portrait. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within 7 days and we will make reasonable efforts to revise or replace the portrait at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon delivery, you receive a personal-use license to download, share, and print your portrait for non-commercial purposes. The Reel Group retains the right to use generated portraits for promotional and portfolio purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise.
7. Refunds
Because each portrait is custom-made, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun. If we are unable to deliver your portrait due to technical issues or photo quality problems, we will offer a full refund or a free re-order at your choice.
8. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order: your email address, the photo you upload, and your chosen message. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond what is required for payment processing and email delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Reel Group provides portraits on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
